So, okay. This is the start of the fourth week. I am still feeling freaking awesome. I have realized that I really like walking. Something about walking kind of frees the mind. Once your body gets into a groove, your mind can just kind of…wander. Good times. I don’t have much to report this week.
This week was not a banner week, friends. I haven’t lost anything in the way of inches yet, which is disappointing because I really want to see the changes there rather than worry about my actual weight, but so far this week I lost another pound. I know, I know, I’m getting ahead of myself
I have a headache. However, I am happy to report after many fluctuations and trying to figure out the best time to step on the scale, it appears fairly accurate that I have lost 1.9 lbs. Which is ALMOST my goal of two for the week. Things I have learned in the last week: Peanuts
